Toay we are going to make Lahori Chargha with a twist 
Very tasty, very unique, very quickly made, let's check how it is made Friends here I have taken a chicken and let me show you an important thing I have made sure that the legs are not separated Usually butchers quickly break the legs which is not good You must not let the butcher to do so as well This chicken weights 1400 gms Now I will use a fork and pierce some holes into the chicken In the name of ALLAH the most Beneficent the most Merciful
After piercing some holes I will cut some slits 
both piercing and cutting slits will allow a good marination In the name of ALLAH the most Beneficent the most Merciful Not so deep nor very small Leave some gaps between the cuts Now I will make some slits in the legs as well And now I will turn it over After cutting the slits I will shift it in a bowl I will take 2 tablespoon vinegar and I will ad one and a half teaspoon salt for 1400gms chicken I will mix these This is a unique style, you might not have seen that before If you make it this way you will like it a lot in sha ALLAH Salt isn't entirely dissolved but it's ok I will apply it on the chicken with the help of a brush By using brush it will be easier to apply the vinegar on every place As we keep applying the vinegar the chicken will change it's color Since it's raw vinegar and it's very effective One we have applied it thoroughly I will turn it over and apply the remaining vinegar by using my hand Two advantage of vinegar are, the meat be tender and and if there's any smell in the chicken it will go away Now we will leave it to marinate for 30 minutes After marinating it for 30 minutes I will shift the chicken into a plate You can see some vinegar in the bowlI will add the remaining spices in this vinegar
I will add 2 tablespoon of soy sauce 
In the name of ALLAH the most Beneficent the most Merciful1 tablespoon peprika powder optional but it will bring a good color In the name of ALLAH the most Beneficent the most Merciful 1 teaspoon black pepper powder In the name of ALLAH the most Beneficent the most Merciful 2 teaspoon crushed red chilly
In the name of ALLAH the most Beneficent the most Merciful 
2 teaspoon mustard powder a teaspoon of oregano In the name of ALLAH the most Beneficent the most Merciful 1 tablespoon powdered cumin In the name of ALLAH the most Beneficent the most Merciful and half a teaspoon salt Mix these

Let's apply it on the chicken 
It might seems less but it's not, it's enough We will apply it thoroughly in the cuts and all over When you'll make it this way you are going to love it so much It's very tasty and it's oil free as well, means healthy Spices can be adjusted by those who don't like it very spicy I have become a big fan of this Chargha ever since I have made it And I think it will definitely be served in parties And our chicken is ready, good thing is that we don't need to marinate it any more Now it's time to cook, for that I have place a cooker on top of stove and I am going to place this stand in it And now the Chicken We will place the Chicken with the plate in the cooker means no water no nothing, means first cooke rthen stand then the chicken with plate  I will close the lid of pressure cooker I will turn full flame on under it for 5 minutes After 5 minutes I will turn the flame to low
This is how low 
I will cook on low flame for 30 minutes After 30 minutes I will once again turn the flame to high And I will turn the flame off after 5 more minutes In the name of ALLAH the most Beneficent the most Merciful I will lift the weight In the name of ALLAH the most Beneficent the most Merciful
Time to open the lid 
Here you go very good looking very graceful and believe me it's going to taste great as well you must have noticed I didn't tie it's legs since no frying
